- Operate and maintain tools, equipment, and machinery safely and efficiently
- Diagnose and troubleshoot roof issues, recommending effective solutions
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project timelines

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Journeyman Roofer with a strong track record of successful projects
- In-depth knowledge of various roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques
- Excellent physical stamina and comfort working at heights
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Commitment to safety and adherence to OSHA regulations
- Flexibility to work in various weather conditions and occasional overtime
