Position Overview As a CNC Machine Operator, you will play a key role in producing precision components for aerospace and defense applications. What We Offer Competitive pay with shift differentials Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and profit-sharing/stock options Annual pay increases and advancement opportunities A chance to work with a respected leader in the defense industry Key Responsibilities Operate CNC machines to manufacture parts according to engineering specifications Run pre-written programs and perform basic machining operations Conduct OSHA-compliant hoist and crane inspections Perform safety checks and adhere to Environmental Health & Safety guidelines Maintain accurate documentation using tablet-based systems Assist with equipment data management for quoting and ordering parts Collaborate with engineers and customers to support repair activities Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 6 months of CNC or machine operation experience Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) Basic understanding of machine shop practices and shop math Ability to lift 25+ lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and squatting Willingness to travel and stay overnight occasionally Work Environment Fast-paced, hands-on production setting Strong emphasis on safety and continuous training Physical activity required throughout the shift Take the first step toward a rewarding career in aerospace manufacturing.
