Do you have what it takes?

• Inspect condition of grade, forms, and steel placement for compliance with specifications prior to concrete placements
• Monitor all placement, finishing, and curing operations for specification compliance
• Direct and communicate with crew members and project managers to ensure high quality pavements
• Coordinate man power on pour days with general supervision
• Knowledge of different add mixtures and mix designs for various applications
• Perform and report time and cost coding for all supervised/managed employees

Do you have what it takes?

• H.S. Diploma or equivalent is required. Additional construction certifications or training preferred
• At least 5 years' experience as a Concrete Finishing Foreman
• Candidates must possess strong mathematical skills
• Must be able to effectively communicate verbally with employees, external vendors, owners, general contractors, and local enforcement agencies
• Willingness to travel
