General Operator (Sample Building Assistant)**
**Job Description**
Join our team as a General Operator, where you will play a vital role in supporting agricultural operations. You will work closely with the production team to maintain safety and quality standards, utilizing standard operating procedures and work instructions throughout your daily functions. **Responsibilities**
+ Perform sample building assistant duties in accordance with harvest labor requirements.
+ Adapt to seasonal responsibilities, including seed crop inspection, inventory management, harvesting, packaging, and maintenance work.
+ Assist in cleaning and maintaining the work area, following 5S cleaning protocols and participating in plant upkeep.
+ Engage in warehouse activities such as forklift operation, picking, pooling, staging, and loading/unloading carriers.
+ Collaborate with the Shipping and Scheduling Team to maintain safety and quality standards.
+ Assist in packaging operations, including bagging, palletizing, and equipment operation.
+ Support box wash operations, including inspection, repair, and audits of clean boxes.
+ Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures for equipment and tool use.
+ Regularly perform physical tasks such as standing, sitting, repetitive motion, and lifting up to 60 pounds.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
