Electrician Job Description We are seeking a qualified Electrician to join our team for construction projects based in Savannah, Georgia. This position involves the installation of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, ensuring compliance with relevant codes. The role requires technical application of electrical principles using appropriate equipment and implementing required safety practices. Responsibilities Install electrical panels, lighting fixtures, switches, outlets, and wiring in equipment. Conduct rough ins and finals install of conduit and MC Cable. Execute start-up and energizing procedures of equipment. Install fire systems. Focus work in common areas such as main floor, basement work areas for employees, hallways, stairwells, restaurant, and rooftop bar. Provide necessary tools including pliers, screwdrivers, voltage meter, tool pouch, and other essential equipment. Essential Skills Commercial electrical experience, specifically in hotels or equivalent settings. Proficiency in running MC Cable and pulling cable. Experience in installing lighting, panels, switches, outlets, and understanding electrical codes. Ability to read blueprints. Use of all electrical tools necessary for the job. 5+ years of experience or journeyman status. Skills in troubleshooting, conduit bending, cable repair, electrical wiring, and switchgear. Additional Skills & Qualifications Journeyman or equivalent status required. All training, education, and certifications will be considered during the hiring process. Why Work Here?
