Plant Operator Job Description The Plant Operator plays a crucial role in the operations by handling the front end loader and managing the loading and unloading of powered chemicals. This position involves transferring raw materials and conducting lab analysis on chemicals. Responsibilities Operate front end loader efficiently. Manage the loading and unloading of powered chemicals. Transfer raw materials as required. Conduct lab analysis on powered chemicals in the lab. Essential Skills Proficiency in chemical handling. Experience with forklifts and front end loaders. Additional Skills & Qualifications Comfortable working in an outside environment, regardless of hot conditions. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Savannah, Georgia. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
