Electrical Design Engineer
Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Design Engineer with expertise in cable harness design and light fabrication for large mining trucks. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by contributing to projects that shape the world, from infrastructure and mining to sustainable energy solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead electrical design efforts focused on cable harness systems, comprising approximately 90% of the workload, for a duration of 2+ years.
  • Support light fabrication design for truck components, comprising approximately 10% of the workload, for a duration of 2+ years.
  • Create and modify designs using Creo, adhering to engineering standards.
  • Upload and manage design data within Teamcenter for 2+ years.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet performance and safety requirements.
Essential Skills
  • Electrical engineering expertise.
  • Experience in cable harness design.
  • Proficiency in using Creo for design tasks.
  • Experience with Teamcenter for data management.
  • Understanding of schematic and system architecture.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in light fabrication design.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
