• Lead and contribute to land development projects, ensuring technical excellence and timely execution.
• Prepare and process civil engineering plans for city and agency approvals .
• Use Civil 3D and AutoCAD to develop detailed design documents and construction plans.
• Apply your knowledge of California permitting and CEQA to ensure compliance and streamline approvals .
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients, leading technical discussions and guiding project workflows.

• 5+ years of civil engineering experience, with a strong focus on land development.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD .
• Experience submitting and processing plans with cities or public agencies.
• Familiarity with California permitting procedures and CEQA.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead internal and client-facing meetings.
• PE license in California preferredor active pursuit of licensure .

• Experience with DEA templates and workflows.
• Background in commercial, industrial, or mixed-use development.
• Ability to balance business development with billable project work.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
