- Prepare and process civil engineering plans for city and agency approvals .
- Use Civil 3D and AutoCAD to develop detailed design documents and construction plans.
- Apply your knowledge of California permitting and CEQA to ensure compliance and streamline approvals .
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients, leading technical discussions and guiding project workflows.
- 5+ years of civil engineering experience, with a strong focus on land development.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD .
- Experience submitting and processing plans with cities or public agencies.
- Familiarity with California permitting procedures and CEQA.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead internal and client-facing meetings.
- PE license in California preferredor active pursuit of licensure .
- Experience with DEA templates and workflows.
- Background in commercial, industrial, or mixed-use development.
- Ability to balance business development with billable project work.
