Title: Refrigeration Technician Transport & Commercial Systems

Compensation: $40.00$48.00 per hour DOE + Bonus Opportunities + Full Benefits (401k with 4% match, Health/Dental/Vision, Paid Time Off, Company Truck for work use)

We are seeking two Refrigeration Technicians to support the commissioning, preventive maintenance, and repair of commercial transport refrigeration equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform pre-testing, commissioning, and maintenance on refrigeration units (Daikin, Thermo King, Carrier, Trane) for commercial trailers.

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems.

• Read and interpret complex electrical and mechanical schematics.

• Test components and connections using electrical and mechanical test equipment.

• Manage and train service vendors, assign and prioritize repair work.

• Maintain accurate service documentation and warranty records.

• Use hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments to perform repairs and maintenance.

• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years experience as a Refrigeration Technician (transport refrigeration preferred).

• EPA Certification (Universal preferred).

• Proficiency with commercial refrigeration equipment including Daikin, Thermo King, Carrier, and Trane.

• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Willingness to travel locally as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational/technical certification preferred.

Schedule:

• Full-time, 8-hour shifts

• Weekends as needed
