• Contract Duration: 6 months
• Worksite Location: Hartford, CT | Hybrid
• Compensation: $35.00-$40.00 per hour, W2

What youll do as the Associate Project Manager:

• Manage high-volume, fast-paced, low-to-medium complexity projects from initiation to closeout
• Maintain critical project details in Workfront, including timelines, tasks, resources, updates, and approval routes
• Collaborate with business partners and internal teams to manage expectations and execute marketing requests
• Provide direct support to the Project Management Office in executing project-related tasks
• Identify and communicate project roadblocks with proposed solutions
• Coordinate and schedule meetings with internal teams
• Update and maintain internal project status documentation

What youll bring to the Associate Project Manager role:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred
• 1+ year of project management experience, preferably in marketing or advertising
• Understanding of the project lifecycle across creative, print, web, email, social media, and video deliverables
• Ability to autonomously manage simple tactical projects
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptability to changing priorities and eagerness to learn
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• Experience with project management tools (Workfront preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
