Aluminum Fabricator / No Experience Needed

We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as an Aluminum Fabricator. No prior experience is necessaryjust a strong work ethic and the ability to learn on the job. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the fabrication and assembly of aluminum parts and structures.

Operate hand and power tools in a safe and effective manner.

Read and interpret measurements using a tape measure.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.

Support other team members and contribute to meeting project deadlines.

Requirements:

Ability to read a tape measure accurately.

Willingness to learn new skills and take direction.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Punctual, dependable, and a positive attitude.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [insert weight limit] lbs.

Preferred but Not Required:

Previous experience in metal or aluminum fabrication.

Familiarity with tools and shop equipment.
