Vice President of Structural Engineering Requirements/Responsibilities

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida required
• 10+ years of experience in structural engineering, including leadership experience
• Strong technical and business development skills
• Experience managing large-scale building projects (excluding bridges)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
• Lead the structural engineering team, ensuring high-quality project execution
• Drive business development efforts and client engagement
• Oversee structural designs for commercial and municipal projects
• Manage budgets, project schedules, and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and Florida-specific regulations
