Civil Construction Project Manager Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge of heavy civil construction projects
• Proven ability to manage profit/loss and mitigate risk
• Familiarity with local markets and strong communication skills
• Minimum three years experience in a Project Manager, Superintendent, or similar role
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Building Science, or Civil Engineering
• Experienced in ViewPoint and B2W software for job cost analysis and reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and related software
