Project Manager

Commercial contractor is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to lead installation projects from planning through close-out. Acting as the main point of contact, youll manage scheduling, budgeting, subcontractors, field operations, and client communications, ensuring project delivery meets safety, quality, and profitability standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of installation projects, from kickoff to final invoicing
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Attend construction meetings and maintain project schedules
• Issue work orders and ensure high-quality field installation
• Conduct job site safety inspections and lead safety meetings
• Manage subcontractor contracts, payments, and punch lists
• Track change orders and ensure project profitability
• Analyze project outcomes to inform future improvements

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in construction project management or related field
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to read construction plans and manage multiple crews
• Travel required; car allowance and gas card provided
• Must pass background, drug, and motor vehicle checks

Preferred:

• Bilingual (Spanish)
• Experience with commercial construction or specialty installations
• Experience with custom flooring project management highly preferred
