Site Supervisor/Foreman

Were seeking an experienced Site Superintendent or Foreman to lead field crews on residential, commercial, and municipal excavation and site development projects . This is a stable, local opportunity with a company known for quality work and long-term employee retention.

• Supervise and motivate field crews (310 members) on excavation and utility installation jobs
• Manage site prep, road construction, stormwater systems, and underground infrastructure
• Read and interpret blueprints and site plans
• Utilize GPS tools and software (Procore, Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft Office) for accurate field execution
• 5+ years experience in excavation, roadwork, and underground utilities
• Hands-on knowledge of fresh water, sewer, and stormwater systems
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
