In this role you will:
Participate in and lead technical assignments related to manufacture and test of hardware
Have a hand in the manufacture, qualification, testing, and failure analysis for mechanical parts, materials and processes
Prepare technical and progress reports on assigned tasks, document inspections, tests and rework, report on M&P related manufacturing issues and progress, present to Failure Review Boards and provide feedback to program engineering teams

We're looking for:
A self-starter who develops solutions to technical issues
A motivated individual who's able to work closely within a geographically diverse team to resolve technical issues
Someone with the ability to handle shifting priorities, multiple projects and timeline pressure to meet deadlines
Someone comfortable with communicating in a variety of forums
Someone with the ability to work with management and program representatives at several levels Previous experience in the design, development, and integration of complex aerospace or defense systems
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical or systems engineering principles, methodologies, and tools
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
Exceptional communication (written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills
Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance - must be a U.S. Citizen Active Secret clearance
Experience operating through the full lifecycle development process with an emphasis on development, production, and sustainment
Proven ability to work effectively in a team and with other technical disciplines
Deep technical understanding of missile system disciplines, including but not limited to:
Propulsion systems and energetics
Thermal Protection Systems
Structural systems
Flight Control systems
