Whats a typical day as a Painter? You will:

• Follow workplace safety policies and product quality guidelines.

• Prepare surfaces by sanding, cleaning contaminants, and masking areas not to be painted.

• Interpret paint specifications and product data sheets from various manufacturers.

• Select, mix, and apply coatings according to project requirements.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, tools, and paint equipment.

• Ensure timely delivery of work to meet internal and external customer expectations.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.

• Experience: 13 years of industrial painting experience; must be familiar with conventional and manufacturing-specific painting techniques.

• Work History: Stable work experience is required.

• Experience in a manufacturing job shop environment.

• Ability to work independently under pressure.
