Job Title: Construction Manager 5 Location: Boydton, VA Introduction

We are seeking an experienced and proactive professional to lead and manage construction processes across our delivery portfolio. This role is critical in driving consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement within our construction program. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in ensuring deliverables meet defined quality benchmarks, regulatory standards, and client expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications • Minimum 7 years of construction quality control experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management capacity.
• Deep understanding of construction quality standards (e.g., IBC, ASTM, ACI, UFGS, etc.).
• Experience working in hyperscale data centers, healthcare, clean rooms, or other high-spec environments preferred.
• Proficiency in digital documentation and reporting tools (Procore, BIM 360, SharePoint, Excel).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with contractors, engineers, and internal stakeholders.
• Certification preferred (e.g., CQM-C, ASQ CQE/CQA, ICC, etc.).
  • Applicants must be able to work directly on a W2 basis.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Own and execute the construction plan across multiple active sites, adapting to project phases and site-specific requirements.
  • Conduct recurring audits of contractor and subcontractor work, focusing on both field execution and documentation practices.
  • Ensure proper and timely submission of all required documentation including inspection reports, test records, and deficiency logs.
  • Standardize and implement processes and templates across projects. Provide training and mentorship to site teams to align with expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated delivery and resolution of issues.
  • Leverage digital tools to track, log, and report on activities and metrics.
