About the Role:
The Project Coordinator, GTM & Optimization supports the execution of go-to-market and strategic business initiatives by partnering closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams. This role ensures project timelines, capacity plans, and workload distribution are effectively managed to drive successful delivery. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Project Managers to manage project plans, task assignments, and critical path milestones.
- Assist in capacity planning by tracking team workloads, resource availability, and project timelines.
- Monitor progress of GTM initiatives, product launches, and marketing programs to ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain centralized documentation and reporting in project management tools.
- Facilitate weekly status check-ins and drive follow-ups on open action items.
- Support project intake, prioritization, and resource alignment processes.
- Prepare project dashboards, reports, and executive summaries for visibility into team performance and bandwidth.
- Identify blockers or risks early and escalate to Project Managers and leadership when needed.
- Assist with post-launch reviews, process optimization initiatives, and OKR tracking across GTM work streams.
- Support ongoing programs within Business Optimization or Acquiring to ensure successful execution and achieving defined OKRs.
- Any other tasks or duties as assigned by the VP, Project Manager or VP, Acquiring Business Optimization.
What Success Looks Like:
Success in a Project Coordinator role typically involves ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget , while supporting the project manager and facilitating smooth collaboration between teams.
- Meetings, milestones, and timelines are clearly communicated and adhered to.
- Project plans, reports, meeting notes, and status updates are consistently accurate and up to date.
- You facilitate communication across departments, resolving blockers quickly.
- Frees up the project manager by handling logistics, follow-ups, and minor decisions.
- Team members and managers rely on you to keep things organized and moving.
Candidate Requirements:
Required:
- 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, operations, GTM execution, or PMO support.
- Familiarity with workload planning, resource forecasting, or capacity models a strong plus.
- Highly proficient in project management tools, especially JIRA, Confluence, & SmartSheet.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, fintech, or marketing environments preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced setting.

Compensation and Benefits:
