- Implement Critical Path Method, and manage rolling 3-week and 9-day scheduling.
- Estimate costs of work activities accurately.
- Oversee daily project cost accrual and manage weekly cost reports.
- Engage deeply in the company safety culture of Production Risk Management.
- Schedule subcontractors and manage their safety and work performance.
- Produce submittals and maintain project logs, including potential change orders and extra work time & materials.
- Travel and live away from home for up to a year at a time as required.
- Perform other duties as directed by the Project Manager.
- Undergraduate Degree required.
- Ability to thrive, prioritize, communicate, and meet goals in a dynamic environment.
- Capability to identify hazards and work around them efficiently.
- Proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Office and Bluebeam, with an ability to learn new programs quickly.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with personnel of all levels.
- Minimum 5 years experience managing safety and construction projects preferred.
- Undergraduate degree preferably in Construction Management.
This role involves working in an office setting with up to 25% travel to project job sites. The work environment is dynamic and offers room for growth into higher-level project management roles.
