About the RoleStep into a leadership role where your field expertise and project coordination skills drive the success of commercial HVAC construction projects. Youll manage ground-up builds, lead internal crews, and ensure safety and quality from kickoff to closeout. This is a hands-on position with real impactand real growth potential.
What Youll Do- Manage mechanical HVAC construction projects of various sizes
- Coordinate project start-up logistics: labor, materials, tools, rentals, cranes
- Maintain and update construction schedules and manpower plans
- Lead internal crews (installers, pipe fitters, welders) and ensure productivity
- Conduct site visits, report progress, and oversee field quality assessments
- Facilitate safety tailgates, job hazard analyses, and monthly safety meetings
- Attend client-facing construction meetings and internal reviews
- Manage warranties, redlines, and as-built plans
- Support other tasks as assigned by management
- Experience in commercial HVAC construction and equipment
- Strong blueprint reading and field coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; MS Project and CAD a plus
- Ability to manage multiple job sites and meet deadlines
- Clear verbal and written communication
- Willingness to travel to job sites
- OSHA 30 certification preferred (provided if not already held)
