At Pauley Construction , as a Drafter Designer, you’ll plot, map, design, and draft in CADD using the requirements for telecommunications networks and permits. You will create accurate network maps, layouts, drawings, and detailed electronic construction prints to meet customer expectations.

What you’ll do as a Drafter Designer
- You will assist with the execution of projects and plans supporting the organization's long-term drafting strategy
- You will participate on project teams and ensure compliance with predetermined project deliverables
- You will adhere to administrative guidance on project execution
- You will identify and course correct project issues and risks, participate in response plans to resolve
- You will understand current and future business goals and ongoing issues.

What you’ll need
- To be 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company
- High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or at least three years of telecommunications.
- Must possess, or obtain upon employment, a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to pass a background check and company drug screening.
- Must be able to attend and pass all company required training as needed.
- May be required to work after hours; on weekends or be on-call as work is needed.
- Regular and timely attendance is an essential function of this position.
Additional qualifications
- You will have training in the field
- You will have good interpersonal skills
- You will have solid experience with the principles and practices of fiber specific projects, network deployments and related fields
- You may have 1 or more years of progressive experience in drafting - You may have proficiency in Auto CAD
- You may have advanced training in the field.

Pay Range : The Drafter/Designer hourly wage range is $20.00 - $25.00 depending on experience.
