With a strong reputation for excellence, were looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Project Manager Assistant to help keep our projects running smoothly from start to finish.
Position Overview:
The Project Manager Assistant will work closely with the Project Manager to coordinate schedules, track project progress, communicate with clients and crews, and ensure all job site needs are met. This role requires excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager with planning, scheduling, and coordinating daily job activities.
Communicate with clients, suppliers, and crew members regarding project updates and needs.
Help monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Maintain and update project documentation, contracts, and permits.
Order and track materials, tools, and equipment for job sites.
Perform occasional site visits to check progress and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Support the team with any other administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in construction, painting, or related industry preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic project management tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
