Concrete Estimator

Responsible for developing comprehensive and competitive bids.
Your duties will be:
Utilizing your knowledge of concrete construction, you'll create accurate bids by understanding how to properly assembly the work, not just by using square footage estimates
work one on one with a dedicated Project Manager, ensuring seamless communication and cohesive approach to projects from the bidding phase through completion
Review blueprints, specifications, and other documents to understand the full scope of a project and identify all costs and labor requirements.
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotes for materials and specialized services.
