Handyman / Construction Technician Needed Grand Rapids, MI 49548

We are looking for an experienced Handyman or Construction Technician to inspect and provide a detailed assessment of metal floor grates at our Jackson Truck Rental location in Grand Rapids, MI.
Several new floor grates have recently been installed over canal/drain areas, but due to differences in thickness or alignment, they are not level with the older grates. This project will require a thorough on-site inspection and a written report with recommendations.

Scope of Work:
Inspect and count all floor grates (both new and existing).
Take accurate measurements (Length, Width, and Thickness) for each grate.
Calculate the total area covered by the grates list old and new separately.
Assess and recommend the best method to fix/adjust grates for a level, safe surface for vehicles and pedestrians.
Identify if clean-up or pressure washing is needed around the grates.
Requirements:
Experience with metal grate installation, adjustment, or similar construction work.
Ability to provide a clear, detailed written report (with measurements & recommendations).
Bring necessary tools for inspection and measurement.
Must be reliable and punctual.
