Note: The hourly rate for this position is $31 - $32 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• Reference blueprints throughout a project Construct various frameworks for structures, including walls, ceilings and floors
• Use machinery, such as boom lifts, to perform duties Cut and shape various materials
• Ensure structures, framework and materials are up to code and undamaged
• Follow written and oral instruction given from the supervisor.
• Have the ability to work from heights of 5-10'
• Display strong math skills for measuring, cutting, and installing materials with little to no errors
• Install TV set Install scenic background desks and monitors for TV studio

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of punch list carpentry experience or make ready experience
• Must have all basic hand tools Reliable transportation
• Work well as a team or independently, as needed.
• Be reliable and committed to finishing each project until the end with minimal absences.
• Demonstrate good communication skills with employer and supervisor. Have a positive and results driven attitude to work quickly and efficiently.
• Ability to work in variable weather (cold, heat, windy, etc) Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to pass school background check
