Description
+ Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and deliver Salesforce solutions aligned with strategic goals
+ Design and document scalable, secure Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related platforms
+ Lead integration efforts with external systems using tools like MuleSoft, Boomi, and Informatica
+ Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Salesforce developers, administrators, and analysts
+ Develop and maintain best practices, governance policies, and standards for Salesforce development and integration
+ Create prototypes and visual models to support requirements gathering and stakeholder decision-making
+ Optimize and manage Salesforce process flows, automation, and data models
+ Support project activities related to customizations, enhancements, and deployments
+ Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, features, and industry trends
+ Review existing solutions and recommend improvements to enhance performance and usability
