General Laborer 23/hr**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a Picker/Packer to join our warehouse operations team in West Jefferson, OH. This position plays a key role in supporting our production and distribution processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for pulling and packing orders, managing inventory, receiving materials, and ensuring accurate and timely shipments.
**Responsibilities**
+ Accurately pick and pack products according to customer orders and specifications.
+ Use hand-scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for pick, pack, and inventory actions.
+ Inspect merchandise for quality and accuracy before packing.
+ Prepare items for shipment, including proper packaging, labeling, and ensuring product safety during transit.
+ Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory counts.
+ Prepare orders for loading onto trucks for delivery while following safety regulations.
+ Comply with all warehouse safety regulations and guidelines.
+ Collaborate with other warehouse staff to meet daily order fulfillment targets.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area.
**Essential Skills**
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Experience with supply chain and production floor operations.
+ Familiarity with quality control systems in a GMP/ISO/HACCP environment.
+ Excellent communication and documentation skills.
+ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
+ Fast learner and self-motivated.
+ Proficiency in typing and computer literacy.
+ Ability to work under pressure.
+ Adaptable in a team environment.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
