General Laborer / Equipment Operator Location: Austin, Texas Job Type: Contract Shifts: Day (7 AM - 7 PM) and Night (7 PM - 7 AM) Work Sites: Community First Village, Mueller site, and others as needed Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious General Laborer with equipment operating experience to support concrete production and site operations. This role involves operating heavy equipment, handling materials, and assisting with general labor tasks across various job sites. A strong work ethic and a team-oriented mindset are essential. Key Responsibilities Load and unload super sacks of concrete to support production targets Operate telehandlers (JCB 510, Manitou 12K) and other equipment safely and efficiently Perform general labor tasks including site clean-up and material handling Assist with printing and other support tasks as needed Maintain equipment and report any issues promptly Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations Required Skills & Experience Proven experience operating telehandlers or similar equipment (12K preferred) Recent hands-on equipment operation (minimum several hours daily, 5 days/week within the last 6 months) Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions and shift schedules Willingness to travel between job sites on short notice Strong communication and teamwork skills Why Join Us?
