A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Scheduler and member of the Gas Turbine Engineering Project Management Office Team, you will support global LGT R&D project management in the planning, implementation and controlling of R&D projects / programs.In addition to classic project management tools, you will also apply modern agile methods such as SCRUM for the cooperation of the development teams. How You'll Make an Impact Fostering the standard execution schedule as a knowledge base for other parties supporting time scheduling in Large Gas Turbine R&D projects.Preparation of monthly project progress reports showing the actual status of engineering, testing and manufacturing and delivery critical path analysis for development projects. Coaching less experienced colleagues performing time scheduling tasks.Consultancy of internal customers and stakeholders in scheduling matters fostering of time scheduling process procedure for development projects.

What You BringCompleted bachelor's degree with a technical background or technical training with relevant professional experienceAdvanced experience with MS project software and other scheduling toolsGood English knowledgeAdvanced communication skillsFlexibility to cope with volatile work volumesApplicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
