Join one of the Western States' leading commercial and industrial roofing contractors, known for installing over 150 million square feet of roof surface since 1989. Our client specializes in new construction, re-roofs, tenant improvements, maintenance, and leak detection, and we're looking for a skilled Roofing Superintendent to help lead our field operations to success.
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000/yr. (Depending on experience)
Schedule: 7am - 4pm, Monday - Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support roofing foremen, ensuring work is completed safely, productively, and to company/customer standards
- Oversee field crews, schedule projects, order materials, and collect timecards
- Conduct daily job site visits and safety audits
- Train field staff in safety practices, technical skills, and efficiency
- Provide ongoing feedback to foremen and resolve issues as needed
- Maintain high-quality workmanship and a strong safety culture
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years as a Superintendent with a roofing contractor, plus 5 years of roofing experience
- High school diploma (required)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to lift 100 lbs., stand/bend/kneel for extended periods, climb ladders, and work on elevated roof surfaces
- Comfortable working outdoors in extreme weather conditions
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
