**Job Description**

We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator responsible for loading and unloading tasks and assisting the machine operator. The role includes sorting small and lightweight parts into crates, which may become heavy once filled.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assist machine operators in loading and unloading tasks.

+ Sort parts into crates, ensuring organization and efficiency.

+ Operate machinery and handle general labor tasks.

+ Perform inspections and ensure quality control.

+ Use hand tools and follow blueprints for assembly and production tasks.

**Essential Skills**

+ Experience in production, machine operation, and assembly.

+ General labor skills, including the ability to use hand tools.

+ Capability to inspect products and ensure quality standards.

+ Familiarity with forklift operations and packaging processes.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Ability to operate machines and perform as a laborer in pick and pack environments.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $15.50 - $16.25/hr.
