As an Enterprise Infrastructure Engineer, you will build the infrastructure for our high traffic, high visibility services. You will provide operational support for critical services that enable connected experiences found across Meta. **Required Skills:**
Enterprise Infrastructure Engineer - Enterprise Storage Responsibilities:
1. Build, scale, and secure the Storage environment within Meta's Enterprise Infrastructure, a heterogeneous environment containing many different operating systems and applications
2. Apply modern engineering methodologies such as Infrastructure-as-Code, container orchestration, and software-defined storage
3. Design & implement systems that are scalable, automated, monitored, and well-documented
4. Find ways to leverage the scale and complexity of the larger Meta production infrastructure to solve problems for enterprise customers
5. Lead incident root cause analysis through multiple infrastructure layers (compute, storage, network) and act as a final escalation point
6. Provide guidance to other engineers on best practices to build mature services which are highly available, reliable, secure, and scalable
7. Help others around you move faster by identifying issues and driving them to resolution
**Minimum Qualifications:**

8. BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
9. 3+ years of experience in systems engineering
10. 3+ years of experience automating the management of infrastructure and services
11. 3+ years of experience working with monitoring and configuration management tools such as Chef, Ansible, Puppet, Saltstack, etc
12. 3+ years of experience coding in at least one of the following languages: Python, Ruby, PHP, Rust, or Go
13. Thorough understanding of operating system internals
14. Experience of consistently working under your own initiative, seeking feedback and input where appropriate

15. Prior experience supporting configuration management in a multi-region environment

**Public Compensation:**
$137,000/year to $199,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
