The candidate will be a key player in the successful execution of construction projects, focusing on overall project coordination, financial budget, and any project-related reports and records.
III. Job Functions and Duties NO. Representative Duties 1 Responsible for overseeing project schedules by reviewing project plans and specifications, approving time estimates, and directing the sequencing of major project phases; 2 Responsible for supervising the team interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports to inform and guide infrastructure project plans and execution; 3 Responsible for leading infrastructure-related design coordination and its milestone meetings, presenting the relevant designs to diverse audiences with engineering and non-engineering backgrounds; 4 Responsible for monitoring project timelines and milestones, identifying and resolving issues that may cause delays in project completion; 5 Responsible for managing coordination with requested/user department to review the qualifications, design content and technical proposals for projects, and overseeing the reevaluation and approval process; 6 Responsible for supervising the permit application and approval process of safety, environmental protection, and construction permits; 7 Responsible for on-site supervision of construction based on the permitted construction drawings; 8 Responsible for managing, documenting, and resolving unforeseen issues on construction sites; 9 Responsible for organizing and coordinating with the requested/user department for on-site confirmation on project quantities, material/equipment acceptance supervision, concealed work acceptance, design changes, and project acceptance inspection, etc.; 10 Responsible for maintaining detailed project-related reports and records, ensuring accurate documentation of project progress, issues, and resolutions; 11 Responsible for managing project resources, including procurement of materials, equipment, and tools; 12 Responsible for supporting the technical evaluation, installation planning, and commissioning of factory systems and production equipment; 13 Other duties as assigned & handling emergencies.; 14 Nothing in the Position Description restricts management's right to assign or re-assign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time. I. Qualification Job Requirements Language Bilingual Proficiency: English and/or Mandarin. Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. A high level of proficiency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing. Experience 1 to 3 years manufacturing experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Proficient in the use of AutoCAD. Education BS Degree: Prefer College STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math) Majors Physical Condition •Required to sit, stoop, reach, bend, stand, walk, lift, pull, push, grasp, talk, hear, see, and lift up to 27 pounds.
•20/40 vision in each eye, with or without correction is required;
•Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures;
•Ability to wear personal protective equipment is required (including but not limited to; steel toed shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, protective jacket or apron, and arm guards);

Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address unforeseen issues that may arise during the project lifecycle. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

2. Project Documentation Management: accuracy rate, on-time rate (≤3days)
3. Timeline Management and Project Completion1) on-time project completion percentage; 2) project completion time deviation
4. Project Team Collaboration: meeting arrangement, accuracy rate in project-related reports and records.
5. Continuous Improvement and Innovation: 1) number of implemented process improvements; 2) Percentage of projects incorporating lessons learned from previous projects.
6. On-Site Confirmation and Acceptance Inspection: accurate rate
7. Issue Resolution and Documentation: timeliness, identification rate and completeness
8. On-Site Construction Supervision: compliance rate
9. Construction Drawing Audit and compliance Supervision: thoroughness rate
