Equipment Operator/Laborer

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AT LEAST 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION OPERATING EQUIPMENT OR AS CARPENTER DO NOT APPLY. Custom home builder looking for a small equipment operator, concrete carpenter and laborer to be responsible for forming, pouring, framing, cutting, grading, earth moving, gravel grading, backfilling, ditch work and excavating for custom homes and additions. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about working outside in all weather conditions, will be hand on and will have previous experience operating a track skid-steer and mini excavator. A successful candidate will be able to work well on a team and will enjoy an open schedule and a variety of different tasks each day. Applicant will also be asked to perform other general laborer requirements not just running equipment full time including drainage, landscaping, and other duties.
