Architect Project Manager

Location: Midtown Manhattan, NYC

Were looking for a seasoned Architectural Project Manager to lead high-profile corporate interiors projects from concept to completion. This is a strategic leadership role that blends design excellence with operational precision. Youll work closely with design and technical teams, clients, and consultants to deliver innovative, high-quality spaces that reflect our commitment to creativity and functionality.

• Lead medium to large-scale architectural and interior design projects across all phases.
• Partner with design and technical leads to ensure project vision and execution align.
• Develop project proposals, scopes, budgets, schedules, and fee structures.
• Coordinate with consultants and manage all project documentation and communication.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and client relationships.
• Monitor financial performance and ensure accurate, timely billing.
• Contribute to the evolution of project management standards and best practices.
• Mentor junior staff and promote cross-disciplinary collaboration.

• Professional degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years of experience in commercial architecture and project management.
• Deep understanding of design processes, building codes, and construction methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in BlueBeam Revu, Clearview, Revit, and AutoCAD.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

• Strong track record in client and consultant coordination.
• Passion for mentoring and team development.
• Career-focused Project Manager (not seeking director or studio leadership roles).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $135000.00/yr.
