Responsibilities:

- Install solar panels, racking systems, and associated equipment on roofs or other structures
- Perform electrical wiring and connections to ensure systems are properly installed and operational
- Assist with the layout and assembly of solar modules/array and mounting hardware
- Work with high and low voltage systems safely
- Use hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment proficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

Requirements:

- Experience in solar panel installation or related electrical work preferred
- Proficiency in working with high voltage systems, voltmeters, hand tools, and electrical components
- Ability to read and understand blueprints for solar installations
- Knowledge of construction site safety protocols
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
