We're looking for skilled painters who take pride in their work, want to grow, and are ready to be part of a supportive, respectful, and high-quality team. What We Offer: $25-$35/hr based on experience Weekly pay via direct deposit Paid time off & holidays Health, dental, and vision insurance Uniforms, tools, and safety equipment provided Opportunities for advancement & winter work Company work vans available Compensation review after 90 days Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour day shifts No nights or weekends What We're Looking For: At least 2 years of free-hand painting & spraying experience (aluminum, vinyl, wood, brick) Reliable, detail-oriented, and hard-working Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Can lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, use ladders and lifts Positive attitude and works well with a team Key Responsibilities: Interior & exterior painting (residential & commercial) Proper surface prep and attention to detail Jobsite cleanliness and safety compliance Ability to read job scopes and follow directions Leadership skills a plus Why Work with Us?
