Key Responsibilities:
Lead the mechanical design and development of innovative HVAC systems.
Oversee design and lab testing for performance, acoustics, shipping robustness, and reliability.
Maintain adherence to project schedules, ensuring timely milestone achievements.
extensive knowledge of ASHRAE, AHRI, and UL standards.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate product production and deployment.
Work with advanced simulation teams to analyze CFD and FEA results.
Engage in cross-functional teamwork to foster a diverse and collaborative environment.
Prepare and present technical proposals and reports.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in the HVAC industry.
Comprehensive understanding of refrigeration systems and components.
Proven experience in HVAC unit design utilizing various materials.
Solid grasp of electrical systems related to power and control.
Experience in new product development and documentation.
Ability to develop advanced control algorithms.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in Fluid Dynamics and Thermodynamics.
Familiarity with R D environments and industry standards.
