Job Summary
We are currently seeking a skilled Residential Service Technician with home warranty experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a journeyman or tradesman license and be passionate about delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities
Perform residential service calls for plumbing systems.
Diagnose and repair issues while providing excellent customer service.
Work with home warranty claims and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used.

Experience
Journeyman or tradesman license is mandatory.
Experience in residential service and home warranty processes.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
