Job Summary
Florida Certified Contractors, LLC is a General Contractor focused on Multi-Family repair/remodel/renovation, Hotel interior renovations, and High-End Residential repairs. We have one (1) Project Manager position to fill covering all of NE, Central and South Florida.
_ Not everyone will qualify so please read the requirements carefully. _
As a Project Manager, you will oversee and coordinate all aspects of projects. The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction, while maintaining safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead teams effectively.

You proactively plan for contingencies and buffers
You run incredible meetings and huddles

Qualifications
At least 10 years experience in construction
Industry and product certifications
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
