Equipment Operator/Laborer

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of heavy machinery and a strong work ethic. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of equipment on job sites, contributing to the successful completion of projects.

Duties
Operate heavy machinery including excavators, skid steers and haul trucks to perform Lot work tasks.
Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met.
Follow safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery to prevent accidents and injuries.
Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and report any malfunctions or issues to supervisors.

Qualifications
Must have a valid driver's license.
Proficiency in operating excavators, skid steers and haul trucks and other heavy equipment.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
