Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and drive construction projects from kickoff to completion.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of construction and project management, and the ability to effectively communicate with design teams, clients, and labor.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage residential remodeling projects from pre-construction through closeout
Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, inspections, and material deliveries
Track budgets, manage change orders, and ensure on-time, on-budget performance
Maintain site documentation (daily logs, photos, progress reports)
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining a professional and calm demeanor throughout the project
Enforce safety protocols and ensure job site cleanliness and organization
Work collaboratively with our estimating, design, and administrative teams

Qualifications

3-7+ years of residential project management experience (renovation experience required)
Ability to work both independently and in a team
Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, codes, and sequencing
Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proficiency with construction management software (Buildertrend, Procore, or similar)
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
OSHA 10

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
