We are seeking a skilled Equipment Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will operate various heavy machinery and equipment used in landscape construction projects. This role requires a strong understanding of equipment operation, safety protocols, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team to ensure projects are completed on time and to specification.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate heavy machinery such as excavators, Laser graders, skid steers, vibratory rollers and loaders for landscape construction tasks.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure they are operational and safe.
Collaborate with project managers and other team members to determine project needs and timelines.
Follow safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
Assist in site preparation, grading, and other construction activities as needed.
Load and unload materials and equipment, ensuring proper handling and transport.
Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training is a plus.
Proven experience as an equipment operator in landscape construction or a related field.
Valid CDL A drivers license
Strong understanding of safety protocols and equipment maintenance.
Ability to read blueprints and project plans.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Physical stamina and strength to handle demanding tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
