CARPENTRY FOREMAN

We are seeking a skilled Carpentry Foreman to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist in managing the day-to-day operations of construction jobsites, ensuring high standards of quality and safety are met. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a productive work environment and delivering excellent service to our residents.

Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities and maintenance tasks. Projects to include commercial interior renovations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all projects.
Manage a team of skilled tradespeople, providing guidance and support as needed.
Review project plans and schematics to ensure accurate execution of work.
Conduct regular inspections of work sites to monitor progress and address any issues.
Maintain inventory of tools and materials required for projects.
Communicate effectively with management, staff, and residents regarding project updates.

SALARY: $70-80K
