Job Description:
10+ exp- Serve as subject matter expert on 3GPP technologies ( 5G, LTE ), SIM/eSIM lifecycle, and device management .
Design and evolution of MVNO wireless architecture, including SIM-OTA, SIM/eSIM provisioning, and mobile device management.
Collaborate with network, OSS/BSS, and product teams to define use cases and architecture for SIM and device management.
Work with external partners to develop and deploy MVNO network functions supporting SIM and device provisioning.
Define SIM applet requirements and lead testing of applets, device builds, and network architecture in lab and field environments.
Lead subscriber trials and guide junior engineers in executing test plans and validating architecture. Analyze industry specifications and documentation to resolve issues and identify future development opportunities. Effective collaboration across matrixed teams and external partners (e.g., Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile).
Familiarity with industry-standard testing tools, specifications, and standards.

Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Wireless Architect to serve as a technical lead in evolving our
MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) cellular architecture. The Wireless Architect will lead
efforts in evaluating this architecture in various environments, including lab, field deployments,
and trial runs. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in 3GPP and related cellular
technologies.
Core Responsibilities:
Serve as subject matter expert on 3GPP cellular technologies: LTE, 5G
Serve as subject matter expert on SIM and Device Management in support of MVNO wireless
network
Drive evolution of MVNO wireless architecture supporting key Mobile Device Management and
SIM Management functions
Work closely with the network/OSS/BSS/Product teams to define use cases and architecture for
evolved wireless MVNO architecture
Work closely with network/OSS/BSS/Product teams to define use cases and architecture for
SIM-OTA, SIM and eSIM Management, and Device Management
Work closely with external partners to develop and deploy evolved MVNO network architecture,
including network functions to support SIM and Device Management
Define requirements for SIM applets
Develop test plans in support of proof-of-concept, lab, and field testing of SIM applets, device
builds, and evolved network architecture
Guide junior members of staff in execution of test plans
Server as technical lead in execution of subscriber trial of evolved MVNO architecture
Consult specifications and other industry documentation to understand technologies, investigate
testing issues, and to explore areas of future development
Must be able to communicate effectively and convincingly with all areas of the company
technical and non-technical - as well as with external parties Preferred Requirements
12+ years in Wireless Industry in an engineering capacity
Bachelor s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Strong problem solving and analytical skills, project management skills, communication (verbal
and written) skills, and organizational/documentation skills
Excellent collaboration and coordination skills to work with a matrixed team from various internal
organizations
Effective working knowledge of smartphone, operating systems (OS), and mobile wireless
telecommunications networks
Knowledge of industry standard testing tools and ability to analyze tool output
General knowledge of industry specifications and standards
Intellectual curiosity about the telecommunications industry
