Job Type Full-time Description

We are looking for a few Enterprise Project Supervisors to oversee our commercial project by providing effective accountability to meet the project targets and expectations set by upper management, while maintaining the customers confidence and fulfilling their expectations. Additional responsibilities will include communicating with team members, associates, making well-planned, cost-effective decisions while monitoring the efficiency, performance and production, within each individual project to meet established goals

Schedule:

  • Regularly scheduled to work 40 hours a week.
  • Typically 4-6 weeks away working, 1 week (7-10 days) at home.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed in addition to regular travel.

Requirements
  • At least a high school diploma or GED equivalent, in addition to at least 1 year of experience with installations and maintenance repairs in the fiber or telecommunications industry.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to recognize, identify, and correct any hazards, concerns, or conflicts within project.
  • Prior supervisor or foreman experience is a plus; prior work-related experience is preferred but not required.
  • Skilled in Internet-related applications such as email and web browsers, along with basic hand tools and power tools.
  • In-depth understanding of technology-based services, products, and networking.
  • Able to meet physical requirements: climb ladders, dexterity in both hands, handle a 28 ft fiberglass ladder, work in confined spaces that may be damp and/or heights that could exceed 28 ft, lift and/or move up to 80 lbs., squat, kneel, bend, crawl and stand for long periods of time.
  • Abide by NEC and NESC requirements
  • Aptitude to read and interpret training and educational materials, fiber records, staking sheets, specification sheets, and circuit diagrams; along with splice fiber as directed.
  • Aptitude to read, interpret, understand, and apply engineering drawings to the real physical environment.
  • Enjoy working outdoors in all types of weather.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to work.
