Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish.
Oversee and manage a team of workers, including subcontractors and laborers.
Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
Review project plans, blueprints, and schematics to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
Monitor progress and provide regular updates to project stakeholders.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations on the job site.
Maintain accurate records of project expenses, materials used, and labor hours

Experience
Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
Proficiency in using construction management software such as Prolog, HeavyBid, ProCore, or similar tools.
Familiarity with reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents.
Ability to effectively communicate with team members, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Experience in budgeting and cost control

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
