General Laborer

Job Summary:
We are seeking hardworking and reliable individuals to join our pallet production team. As a General Laborer in our pallet mill, you will be responsible for building wooden pallets using a nail gun in a fast-paced, physically demanding, and hot/dusty environment. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:

• Assemble wooden pallets using a pneumatic nail gun and other hand tools.
• Measure, align, and secure pallet components according to specifications.
• Operate basic equipment and follow production schedules.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, removing debris and sawdust regularly.
• Follow all workplace safety guidelines, including wearing proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Work efficiently to meet daily production targets.
• Assist with other tasks in the mill as needed.

• Ability to work in a very hot, noisy, and dusty environment for extended periods.
• Able to stand, bend, lift, and carry materials (up to 50 lbs) throughout the shift.
• Comfortable using a nail gun and basic hand tools (training provided if needed).
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to work in a physically demanding, repetitive labor role.
• Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or woodworking is a plus but not required.
