Responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC, robotic, and automated manufacturing equipment while ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
Job Requirements:
24 years experience in CNC machining, robotic/automated equipment operation, or heavy manufacturing
Ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical drawings
Proficiency in shop mathematics, measurement conversions, and use of metrology tools
Forklift, crane operator, and LPI certifications (or ability to obtain)
U.S. or Canadian citizenship
Strong computer skills for production tracking and data entry
Preferred Skills:
Experience with robotic grit blast systems, air/vacuum furnaces, robotic coating booths, laser cutters, welders, milling machines, plating equipment, and C-Scan systems
Preventive maintenance and troubleshooting skills for manufacturing equipment
Familiarity with quality inspection processes and tools
Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and monitor automated and manual manufacturing equipment across multiple processes
Interpret and follow complex blueprints, engineering drawings, and manufacturing specifications
Safely operate cranes, jib cranes, forklifts, and other heavy material-handling devices
Perform preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting on manufacturing equipment
Use precision measuring tools to verify tolerances and ensure quality compliance
Document and maintain production, equipment, and quality records in manual and digital systems
Assist quality teams with in-process inspections, weld checks, and integrity tests
Follow all safety protocols and use required PPE
Pay Details: $27.00 to $36.00 per hour
